Indian Idol 10 winner Salman Ali is a singer with a powerful voice. He was born on 2 June 1998 in Punhana, a small village in the Mewat district of Haryana in India. The last four generations of his family have been singing to earn a livelihood.
During all episodes of Indian Idol, Salman’s voice was admired for his high pitch singing and soulful notes. On December 23, 2018, Salman Won Indian Idol 10 beating the other four finalists. He was featured on episodes of Jammin. Salman also appeared on Superstar Singer, where he was a captain to a team of young singers. Apart from reality shows Salman Ali also sang the theme song of Sony TV’s, Chandragupta Maurya. Salman also recorded a small segment in the song Sab Badhiya Hai, a promotional song for the movie Sui Dhaaga. Rumour has it that Salman Ali will soon be sharing a track with Shreya Ghoshal for Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3.
He will perform at the Indian Idol Reloaded Tour with runner up Ankush Bhardwaj, Finalists Nitin Kumar and Kunal Pandit on 29 November 2019 at the Lyric Theatre – Gold Reef City and 1 December 2019 at The Globe – Suncoast. Book now at Computicket.
