Shahrukh Khan unveiled the cover page of Filmfare magazine’s special edition that was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Indian Cinema in Mumbai. Bollywood legends Amitabh Bachchan and Dilip Kumar along with King Khan can be seen in a unique frame, on the cover, with all three stars representing their own eras of cinema. While talking to the media, the Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge actor got nostalgic and revealed that his life is complete now.
“I came to Mumbai 22 years back and I don’t think I have made it to these stars as of that matter. As I got to hear how to catch rats from Amit ji and Dilip Saheb and his wife tells me that they would have loved to have a son like me, so my life is complete now,” the 47-year-old producer said.It has been 22 years and if you would have told me to walk down from china and come for this photo shoot, I would have come and so coming in a chopper from Bali was not a big deal,” the star added.
Jittesh Pillai, the editor in chief of the publication, also spoke about the highlights of the new copy. “Its an iconic special so we have an exclusive interview with Dilip Sahab, Amit ji and Shahrukh. My favourite section in the magazine is 100 iconic films that you must see before you die,” the editor insisted.
“We have also done a viral Internet poll asking fans and readers to poll in their most favourite dialogue or moments from the films and people from all over the world have written, so these are the most important sections in the magazine,” Pillai added.
